Government Advocate COMMON ORDER This Court by an order dated 13.04.2015 directed the first respondent/Tahsildar to consider the petitioners representation dated 08.04.2013 on merits and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks. Since the order was not complied with, the contempt petitions have been filed.

2. Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the matter relates to providing alternative site to the petitioners, who had encroached in the water body. Now the petitioners were provided alternative 3/5

site and the Government also sanctioned a sum of Rs.20,72,000/- in respect of 28 persons towards 10% of the share amount payable to the allottees and also produced a copy of order in G.O.(Ms) No.284 dated 09.08.2019.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, all the contempt petitions are closed, as no further adjudication is required in these petitions. No costs.
