O R D E R

This Court, by order dated 06.03.2015, directed the respondent police to file the charge sheet in F.I.R.No.420 of 2012 on or before 03.07.2015. Since the said order has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Additional https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Public Prosecutor submitted that on completion of investigation, the FIR in Crime No.420 of 2012 was closed

as ''undetected'' on 23.12.2015 and the Referred Charge sheet has also been filed and RCS notice was also served on the petitioner.

3. Since the Referred charge sheet was filed and RCS notice was also served on the petitioner, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy by filing the protest petition.
