O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 29.10.2014 before granting Licence/renewal of the stone quarries situated in Survey No.406/1-A, 406/1B1A, 406/1B1B, 406/1C1 and 406/2A, Panappatti Village, kinathukadavu Taluk in favour of the fourth respondent, within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, licence was granted and the same got expired and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
