Learned counsel for the petitioner present. Mr.Madhesan, Sub-Inspector of Police attached to Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell, Krishnagiri, present with Case Diary.

2. The respondent is being represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. This court, by its order dated 22.10.2013, directed the respondent to enquire the complaint of the petitioner viz., Lakshmanan dated 12.09.2013 and proceed further.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that at the time of enquiry, petitioner had stated that since it is a civil dispute, he will approach appropriate forum for redressal and he did not press further action and it was recorded and it was also signed by the petitioner and one Muniyappan and Kamala as defendants. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a copy of the same.

4. Recording the above, this contempt petition is closed.
