This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3239 of 2023 in para 10 of the order as follows :- "10. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) totally as nonrefundable deposit to the credit of "Coimbatore Advocate Clerks Welfare Association" and on such deposit and production of proof, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties (out of which, one should be the blood surety, who should produce document to show his/her means), each for a like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-V, Coimbatore and on further conditions that:"

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are husband and wife and both were in judicial custody. Hene, the petitioners do not have any blood surety, he unable to execute the sureties before the court concerned and still they are in judicial custody even after the bail was granted. Therefore, he has filed this petition to modify the condition.
3. Considering the above submission, the condition to report before the respondent police is modified to that effect that the petitioner is ordered to be to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties (out of which, one should be close relative, who should produce document to show his/her means), each for a like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-V, Coimbatore.

4. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 3398 of 2023 vide order dated 14.02.2023 shall remain unalterted.
5. Time is extended for further period of two weeks for execution of sureties from the date of receipt of the copy of order. 17.03.2023 rpp 3/4
