When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 25.03.2015 passed in I.A.No.185 of 2014 in I.A.No.211 of 2013 in C.P.No.71 of 2013, however, during the pendency of this writ petition, the main C.P.No.71 of 2013 itself was ended in favour of the petitioners.
