2. This petition has been filed for a direction to refund the excess court fee of Rs.29,440/- that has been wrongly paid.

3. For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to refund the court fee of Rs.29,440/- to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
