3. C.M.P.No.5658 of 2022 is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent / proposed respondents 6 to 9 as the respondents 6 to 9 in the main Appeal Suit.

4. C.M.P.No.5654 of 2022 is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased third respondent / proposed respondents 6 to 9 as the respondents 10 to 13 in the main Appeal Suit.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, the above Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
