ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation as per the first respondent's Letter in Na.Ka.No.TAHDCO2019-20-EDP-KP-311 dated 18.09.2019.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that he has made an application for loan for purchase of a tractor in the first respondent office which has been forwarded to the third respondent bank by first respondent through second respondent. Since the third respondent did not respond to the same and not disbursed any amount, the petitioner has made a request before the first respondent to forward his loan application to the AXIS Bank on 19.12.2019. Since the said representation has not yet been considered, the petitioner has filed the above writ petition.

Though very many grounds have been raised in the above writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the third respondent respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2019 and pass appropriate orders within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
4. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation will be considered if not already considered in the manner known to law.

Considering the limited request sought for by the petitioner and also the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the petitioner to send a copy of the representation dated 19.12.2019 to the third respondent along with a copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same the third respondent shall consider the petitioner's representation if not already considered and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter.
