Respondent/Petitioner Prayer: Writ Appeal filed under Clause 15 of The Letters Patent, against the common order dated 27.01.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.26325 of 2014 and a batch of 133 cases and to set aside the order dated 27.01.2016 made in WP(MD) No.16693 of 2014 Prayer in WP. 16693/2014 : Petition presented under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents the to select the petitioner for appointment of Sub Inspector of Police in pursuance of the cut off marks secured by then recruitment process conducted in the year 1997-96 as per the Orders of the Tamilnadu Administrative Tribunal in OA.No. 9825 of 1998 dated 19/07/2001 and also based on the orders of the Supreme court in SLD No. 21828 of 2006 in CA.No. 7667 of 2014 etc., dated 07/08/2014 and appoint them as Sub Inspector of Police and grant them all consequential service and monetary benefits.
