Petitions praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to
(1) grant an order of interim injunction restraining the 1st respondent from operating the waiting list (W.M.P.No.6322/2020 );
(2) grant an order of interim injunction restraining the 1st respondent from operating the waiting list (W.M.P.No.6323/2020 );
(3) grant an order of interim stay of the operation of the order passed in O.A.No. 1770 of 2015 dated 18.10.2019 passed by the 6th respondent during the pendency of the above writ petition and thus render justice (W.M.P.No.6327 of 2020) pending in W.P.No. 5391 of 2020 respectively.
Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.GNANASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions,the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Inasmuch as the private respondent already working, we find no prima facie case has been made out by the petitioner and no prejudice also would be caused by allowing the private respondent to work and continue.
