This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.701 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent.
2.It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Original Petition that the dispute between the petitioners/accused 1 and 2 and the second respondent / de facto complainant, has been settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench and a settlement agreement has been entered into between both parties on 22.02.2017.

3.The parties are before this Court. Their identities have been verified.
4.In view of the above, the proceedings in FIR No.701 of 2013 registered against the petitioners and pending before the first respondent, is quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
