2. This application is filed to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order dated 19.10.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.6348 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent has no serious objection to condone the delay. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
