(2) To stay all further proceedings pursuant t the order dt 03-12-2018 made in Os No.315/2012 on the file of the Dist Munsif Court Jayankodam (in CMP.5085/2019) pending disposal of the above CRP(PD)770/2019 respectively.

Order: These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.SENTHIL VADIVU, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions the court made the following order:- Post after two weeks.

Interim order already granted by this Court is extended till then.
