ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no.3 imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.168 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30298 of 2024 on 09.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet is yet to be filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30298 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024 and subsequently modified on 09.01.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.168 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30298 of 2024 is now modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
