Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, for direction to the respondents to disburse the retirement benefits of the petitioner's father which was deducted under Contributory Pension Scheme with interest by considering her representation dated 29.11.2023 within time frame. O R D E R

The instant Writ Petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a mandamus to direct the respondents to disburse the retirement benefits of the petitioner's father which was deducted under the Contributory Pension Scheme with interest by considering her representation dated 29.11.2023 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit in pursuance of the order passed by this Court, this Writ Petition was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court. 2/4

Subsequently, a settlement agreement was entered between the petitioner and the respondents on 11.06.2025.

3. In such view of the fact, this Writ Petition is ordered in terms of the mediation settlement agreement dated 11.06.2025 and the said settlement agreement is form part of this order. No costs. 18.06.2025 kv Index : Yes/No Speaking order /Non Speaking Order To
