ORDER

(Order was made by Ms.Indira Banerjee, Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned notification Na.Ka.No.793/2018 Voo.A4, dated 26.03.2018 inviting applications for filling up vacancy of Panchayat Secretary of Koilmathimangalam Village, Kalasapakkam Panchayat Union.

2. No cogent grounds have been made out in the writ petition for interference with the notification impugned.

3. This Court, in exercise of its writ jurisdiction, intervenes wherever there is injustice to a segment of the society or where there is breach of any right.

4. The writ petition apparently discloses no cause of action and the same cannot be entertained.

5. The last date for applying in terms of the notification is also over.

The writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, WMP.Nos.11593 & 11594 of 2018 are closed.
