This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.115 of 2014 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Poonamallee and to quash the same as far as these petitioners are concerned.
2. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners for some time, when the Court expressed that, it cannot substantiate to the views of the learned counsel for the petitioners for quashment of the proceedings in C.C.No.115 of 2014 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Poonamallee, learned counsel for the petitioners sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.
