O R D E R

The learned counsel for petitioner makes an oral application and is permitted to amend the cause title. The name of the respondents instead of Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, the name shall stand substituted as Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board. The prayer in the writ petition is to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2024 and 07.02.2024. In the said representation, the petitioner has prayed that the sale deed has to be executed in their favour pursuant to the allotment and payment of the dues.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, G.Siva Kumar, the Learned Counsel taking notice would submit that already the representation has been considered and the petitioner is directed to produce certain documents such as, the Ration card, Aadhaar card, Original allotment letter and the receipts etc and his direction to appear in person before them.

3. In view thereof, it is for the petitioner to approach the respondents with all the originals and upon the petitioner producing the same, the respondents shall process the same in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of four weeks from the date on which the petitioner produces all the documents. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
