ORDER

The civil revision petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the order dated 20.12.2018 made in I.A.No.46 of 2018 in H.M.O.P.No.43 of 2017.

Heard the learned counsels on both sides.

Learned counsel for the respondent / wife submits that the H.M.O.P.No.43 of 2017 filed by the petitioner / husband was dismissed for the reason that there was a settlement between the parties. Accordingly, the husband and wife have filed H.M.O.P.No.51 of 2019 for mutual consent and the same was allowed on 13.12.2019.

The said fact is admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner by observing the e-courts status.

5. The perusal of the records shows that the parties got separated by mutual consent and since HMOP.No.43 of 2017, against which the present revision was filed was already dismissed by the trial Court, the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. 2/4

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
