ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 6.30 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.29064 of 2024 dated 21.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29064 of 2025 dated 21.11.2024 is relaxed.
