O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the leaned Magistrate, Alandur to consider the absence of the petitioners in CC No. 633 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur on 09.01.2018.

2. It is the case of the petitioner is that after NonBailable Warrant dated 16.12.2017 was recalled by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28976 of 2017, they were unable to appear before the trial court to inform this fact of warrant having been recalled. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that these petitioners herein who are college students were engaged otherwise and not in a position to be present today before the trial court and therefore seeks further time to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur .

3. Taking a sympathetic view of this matter, the petitioners are permitted to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aladur in connection with the proceedings in CC. No.633 of 2017. The personal appearance of the petitioners in connection with CC. No.633 of 2017 on 09.01.2018 is dispensed with.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
