This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider for sub division and transfer of patta under Can no.202123162769 and application No.2021/0105/149277 which was forwarded to the third respondent by the SRO-West, Dharmapuri.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for issuance of patta', the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the Patta https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has already been issued to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
