ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition to report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until furrther orders which was imposed in Crl.O.P.No.30007 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30007 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024 is relaxed.
