This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondent to comply with the letters sent by the Assistant Treasury Officer, Sub Treasury Office, Arakkonam 631 001 dated 18.06.2013 1/4

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner died and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent also submitted that that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been duly complied with by the respondent, thereby the deceased petitioner was re-fixed pensionery benefits, which was thereafter disbursed to him.

Recording the above submissions, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
