COMMON JUDGMENT (Judgment of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan J.) The instant intra-Court appeals are directed against the order dated 19.01.2026 passed by the learned single Judge in A.Nos.195 & 196 of 2026 in TOS No.39 of 2022, rejecting the request of the appellant to reopen and recall DW1 for further cross examination.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and perused the materials available on record.

3. Since the appellant had already been granted sufficient opportunities to cross examine DW1 with respect to MO1 through Ex.D3 and that the appellant had also availed the opportunities and extensively cross examined DW1, this Court is of the view that the order of the learned single Judge dismissing the applications to reopen and recall DW1 for further cross examination, requires no interference. Accordingly, finding no merits whatsoever, the original side appeals are dismissed. No order as to costs.
