praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records sequel to lock and sealing the puncture shop by affixing the impugned order No.Ma.A9.Va.Thu.Na.Ka.No.R3/1131/2022 dated 11.07.2022 by the 3rd respondent and to quash the same consequently direct the 3rd respondent to grant Trade License without insisting no objection from the landlord for enable the petitioner to carry the business of puncture shop in the name and style of "Sri Madurai Pondi Tyres" situated at No.1, Sharfuddeen Street, Choolaimedu, Chennai - 600 064.

2. Even today, 04.03.2025, when the matter was taken up for 2/4

hearing at 11.10 a.m., none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It is made clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

3. Since there is no representation for the petitioner, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution.
