CRIME NO.170/2021.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed para 7(d) by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.686 of 2022, dated 12.01.2022 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.XAVIER FELIX, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.BALAMURUGANE, Additional Public Prosecutor for Puducherry on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.686 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioner had been complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.686 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on the 1st & 15th of every English calender month until further orders instead of every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m.
