Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to provide compensation amount sum of Rs.3,00,000/- and also initiate action as directed in the government order dated 19.02.2025 passed by the 1st respondent in G.O.(D) No.195 based on the order of recommendation dated 29.01.2025 issued by State Human Rights Commission, Tamil Nadu. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by the State Human Rights Commission has been implemented by the State Government vide its order in G.O.No.(D)(1) 95, Home Department, dated 19.02.2025, pursuant to which, payment of compensation has also been made to the petitioner.
