Seeking to punish the respondents herein for their willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2014 dated 05.06.2014 in W.P.No.12847 of 2014, the petitioner is before this Court with this Contempt Petition.
2.I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
3.The officials are present before this Court. They have produced the proceedings of the Senior Deputy Manager, Chennai in Proceeding No.079/PaBi(Ni)1/MaPoKa/2015 dated 27.11.2015 stating that the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.12847 of 2014 dated 05.06.2014 has been complied with. The same is recorded.
4.In view of the above, nothing survives in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
