ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed in Crl.O.P.No.30577 of 2024 in order dated 21.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30577 of 2024 dated 21.01.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
