Crl.M.P.No.3135 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1813 of 2022 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1813 of 2022 dated 28.01.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioner had been complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1813 of 2022 dated 28.01.2022 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week on every Monday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders instead of daily at 10.30 a.m.
