ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by the Court below. 2.
The only grievance that has been expressed by the petitioner is that the Court below while granting bail to the petitioner, has imposed a condition to the effect that one of the surety should be a Government Servant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that instead of Government Servant, the petitioner is willing to bring a blood relation as a surety.

Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Court below is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- on his own along with two other sureties, out of which one of the surety shall be a blood relative, instead of Government Servant, for a likesum to the satisfaction of the CCB & CBCID Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore.
