The present Application has been filed to bring on record the applicants as petitioners 2 to 4 who are the legal representative of the Deceased petitioner in above O.P.No.72 of 2023.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit supported by the Death Certificate of the deceased petitioner and the Legal Heir Certificate, evidencing that the applicants are the legal heirs of the deceased and having been satisfied with the same, the application in A.No.1952 of 2025 in O.P.No.720 of 2023 is ordered as prayed for.
