O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the second respondent to take disciplinary proceedings against 3rd respondent as per the instructions of 1st respondent in his file note dt. 03.02.2015 forthwith and in accordance with Central Civil Services (Classification, control and Appeal Rules) 1965.

2.The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the third respondent being a public servant has committed a fraudulent act of executing certain documents in the Sub Registrar Office. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that the property belongs to the writ petitioner was fraudulently dealt with by the third respondent contrary to the provision of law. Thus, a complaint was given against the third respondent to the second respondent and till date, no action has been taken. Thus, the present writ petition is filed.

4.In this view of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 15.03.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the representation and all other relevant documents explaining the fraudulent activities of the third respondent along with the order passed in this writ petition.

5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
