2.The petitioner, claiming to be a differently abled person, made a representation to the second respondent, seeking consideration of her request for permission to run a petty shop. As the said representation is still pending consideration, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Without going into the merits of the case and taking note of the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.02.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
