This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned resolutions of the second respondent University Syndicate in Item No.22 dated 10.03.2022 and Item No.15 dated 01.08.2022 to continue the closed enquiry and directing the petitioner to appear before the Internal Complaints Committee(ICC) in relation to the complaints dated 2/4
28.07.2020 (two complaints one in Tamil and another in English) of the 5th respondent, quash the same and further direct the fifth respondent to pay compensation to the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an oral endorsement to that effect.

In view of the oral endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
