ORDER
This matter is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
2. I have heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that, while the order dated 25.02.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.3623 of 2026 grants anticipatory bail, the relevant sections and Crime Number were erroneously mentioned as "Sections 305(a), 317(2) of the BNS, 2023 read with Section 3(5) of the BNS, 2023 in Crime No.36 of 2025", instead of "Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B), 29(1) and 25 of the NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.305 of 2025', due to an inadvertent typographical error. Accordingly, Paragraph No.1 of the order dated 25.02.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.3623 of 2026 is modified as follows: : "The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B), 29(1) and 25 of the NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.305 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail."
4. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections by substituting the revised Paragraph No.1 in place of the original and to issue a fresh order copy forthwith.
