This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Saturday at 10.30 a.m., of every month until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17646 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25858 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25858 of 2024 dated 25.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.17646 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25858 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 is relaxed.
