PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the order dated 4.2.2011 in Na.Ka.No.C1/1981/09 of the 3rd respondent and quash the same.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the order dated 4.2.2011 in Na.Ka.No.C1/1981/09, passed by the 3rd respondent.

2.The petitioner bing the President of Peruvarappur Village Panchayat has appointed one T.Manivel in the post of Panchayat Assistant and gave appointment order dated 08.03.2010 and he also took charge of all the records and carrying on his duties. When it was informed to the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent by an order dated 04.02.2011 in Na.Ka.No.C1/1981/09 has informed that one T.Samuvel working as a Village Assistant in Irruppu Village Panchayat was transferred as Village Assistant of the petitioner's Village Panchayat by an order dated 27.10.2010 as the appointment of T.Manivel is without following the guidelines prescribed under G.O.Ms.No.175. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 4.Recording the above said submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
