C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J., AND K.RAJASEKAR.J., (Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.,) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 15 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 23.09.2025 in M.C.O.P.No.1986 of 2014 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, II Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2. Notice had been directed and Mr.T.G.Ravichandran, learned counsel has entered appearance for the Respondents 1 and 2.

3. In the affidavit filed giving reasons for the delay, it had been stated that owing to administrative reasons, there had been delay in filing the appeal.

4. Taking all factors into consideration, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
