I have heard Mr.P.Vijendran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate accepting notice for the respondents.
2. The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to exclude the land in S.No.213/7 spread over 1 Acres situated at Kollar Village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District and also to direct the second respondent to acquire the land in S.No.213/6 spread over 0.20.6 Acres as an inter change. 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

According to the petitioner, the lands, which are proposed to be acquired, are being used by the petitioner as thrashing floor and instead of the lands proposed to be acquired, the petitioner requested to exclude the lands in S.No.213/7 spread over 1 Acres situated at Kollar Village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District and alternatively sought to provide the lands in S.No.213/6 spread over 0.20.6 Ares. In this regard, a representation dated 05.10.2017 has been given to the second respondent, who forwarded the same to the third respondent for consideration.
4. Considering the limited nature of relief sought for and without going into the merits of the contentions, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2017 and send a reply to the petitioner as regards the feasibility of considering his representation, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
