ORDER

As against the order impugned in this revision, an appeal lies before the learned District and Sessions Judge at Vellore. Hence, I am not inclined to give liberty to the petitioners to approach the appellate Court. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
