Since, all the three Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are relating to bring on record legal representatives of the deceased 1st petitioner / M.Rajeshwari, in all the three Civil Miscellaneous Petitions a common order can be passed.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions it had been stated that M.Rajeshwari / 1st petitioner died on 15.09.2020. The petitioners 2 to 5 are said to be the legal heirs of the deceased 1st petitioner. The petitioners 2 and 3 are already on record. It requires the 4th and 5th petitioners to be brought on record. Since some of the legal representatives of the deceased 1st petitioner were already on record, the issue of delay or the issue of abatement would not arise. Since it is also necessary that the revision petition is prosecuted by all the legal representatives, it would only be appropriate that all legal representatives are brought on record.

3.Heard learned counsel for the respondents also. 4.In view of the above reasons, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
