The petitioner seeks to direct the respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 19.03.2013.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint dated 19.03.2013 alleged to have been sent to the Superintendent of Police, Kancheepuram by registered post is not traceable in the office. He therefore, submitted that the petitioner may be directed to furnish a copy of the complaint dated 19.03.2013 alleged to have been sent earlier and on receipt of the same, the police will conduct enquiry and register the case if any cognizable offence is made out.

4. Recording the same, this Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to give a copy of the complaint dated 19.03.2013 to the respondent police and the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and register a case if any cognizable offence is made https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
