(Order of the Court was made by ADJCJ) This Criminal Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para 12(iii) of the order dated 29.07.2023 made in Crl.M.PNo.6318 of 2022 in Crl.A. No.639 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. All the other conditions shall remain unaltered.
