This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 74 days in filing the above appeal as against the order dated 06.09.2024 made in Special Sessions Case No.2 of 2024 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram FTMC, Udhagamandalam Nilgiris.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
