ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation of the FIR in Cr.No.639 of 2024 dated 15.11.2024 from the file of the third respondent to the file of the first respondent Department and proceed with the investigation and file a final report.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on getting instructions from the Investigating Officer submitted that already the investigation in Cr.No.639 of 2024 has been completed and filed a final report before the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai. Therefore, no investigation in Cr.No.639 of 2024 is pending on the file of the third respondent. Hence, this petition may be liable to be dismissed.
3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
