ORDER
This matter earlier came up for consideration on 26.09.2024. As there was no representation for the petitioner, the same was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Today, inspite of the matter being listed under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioners either in the forenoon session or during the afternoon session.
2. Under the circumstances, this Court is left with no other alternative than dismissing the writ petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
