ORDER

The prayer sought for herein is for a writ mandamus directing the 2nd respondent herein to issue separate patta No.1251 by transferring the same in the name of the petitioner in respect of the land S.No.317/15A (Plot No.42) of an extent of 1200 sq.fts. in Virupatchipuram Revenue Village, Dharmapuri Taluk and District forthwith without any delay by considering his on-line application dated 28.01.2023 in accordance with law.

2. The petitioner purchased a plot to an extent of 1200 sq.fts situated at Virupatchipuram Revenue Village, Dharmapuri Taluk and District. In order to survey the said plot and to issue patta separately in the name of the petitioner, the petitioner had given an on-line application on 28.01.2023 and in order to consider the same, for seeking a direction from this Court by way of mandamus to the second respondent, this writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard Mr.R.Thamaraiselvan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.N.Senthilselvi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

would submit that the said application along with the fee already been filed by the petitioner would be considered and the needful would be undertaken by the second respondent within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 28.01.2023 and do the needful by completing the survey within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
